Swap & Trade Advertising Specifications

All ads must be submitted via e-mail to the Swap & Trade page manager at nhtaswapntrade@yahoo.com.

#1   Type your submission in Times New Roman font size 12 utilizing Microsoft word as document format.

#2 Always fill in the Subject portion of the header with the words Swap & Trade.

#3  In the message portion of the e-mail start by typing your name and address so we may verify your NHTA membership. 

#4 List your first item as #1 the second as #2 then #3 etc. After all your items are listed state the town where the items may be seen or picked up and provide one or more methods of contact, such as a phone number, address, or an e-mail address.

 An Example:  #1    Three 14x14 x36” cage traps in good condition $25 each or BO

                        #2    Two dozen 1.65 Bridger Foothold traps, offset and laminated $40/doz

                        #3     One egg trap never used $15

                        #4    Two dozen wire muskrat stretchers $15/doz

#5  If you wish to provide a picture as an attachment to help describe an item listed it should not exceed 125kb of data. Make sure the picture is identified as to which item it goes with. There is no assurance that pictures provided will be used with the ad.

#6  All ads submitted to the Swap & Trade page manager will be reviewed for compliance to the above and additional standards prior to submission to the webmaster for posting. Ads will be assigned a number starting with #1 and continue in ascending order. Each ad will also have a date assigned and remain posted on the site for at least 30 days unless withdrawn prior to that time at the request of the person making the submittal. Ads may be reposted at the request of the advertiser through communication by e-mail.
