January 10th
By this date all trappers in New Hampshire should have their fisher tagged by a Conservation Officer.

January 20th
The annual NHTA Fur Sale held at the Springfield NH Fire Station, doors open 7am

February 5th
Monthly Meeting of NH Trappers Association held at the Boscawen NH Town Hall 7pm.

February 8-9th
The NHTA will have a booth at the NH Farm and Forest Exposition at the Center of NH in Manchester.

February 9th
Trapper’s Second Annual Banquet to be held at the Cat & Fiddle Restaurant in Concord. This event is to raise cash for the NHTA Building Fund. There will be a silent auction plus door prizes and raffles.. Guests will be limited to 100 at $30/seat for a Prime Rib or Chicken dinner. You may obtain tickets from any NHTA Director or by calling Steve Bennett at 603-736-8096.

March 4th
Monthly Meeting of NH Trappers Association held at the Boscawen NH Town Hall 7pm.

April 5th
New Hampshire Wildlife Federation 26 th Annual Conservation Banquet to be held at the Executive Court in Manchester. Representatives of NHTA will be at this event along with our special guest Miss NH 2007 Rachel Barker.

April 27th
The annual Spring Meeting of the NHTA location not determined at time of this update.

April 30th
All persons licensed to trap furbearing animals in NH, whether they trapped or not, are required to submit the Annual Trappers Report.

The 2008 Miss New Hampshire Pageant will take place and a spokesperson of NHTA will be in attendance to present another fur coat.
